Biografia. Tobias Menzies nasceu na cidade de Londres, na Inglaterra. Começou a estudar teatro em 1993, na companhia Deborah Moody's Year Out. Ingressou em seguida na Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, onde completou um bacharelato em representação, em 1998.
