Leben. Olivia Shakespear, geborene Tucker, lebte vom 17. März 1863 bis zum 3. Oktober 1938. Sie wuchs bei ihrem Vater, einem pensionierten Generaladjutanten der britischen indischen Armee, Henry Tod Tucker und ihrer Mutter Harriet Maria Johnson zunächst auf der Isle of Wight auf. 1877 siedelte die Familie Tucker mit den Kindern Florence, Olivia und Henry nach London über.
