It was on the set of the movie that Joe DiMaggio met his drop dead gorgeous first wife Dorothy Arnold. "Manhattan Merry-Go-Round" was also for nearly two decades the name of a popular music program on NBC radio.

29 de mar. de 2022 · Gene Autry — co-star of Manhattan Merry-Go-Round — got a Lifetime Achievement Award that night. The other photo is Cab with Sammy Cahn — who also wrote several of the songs from Manhattan Merry-Go-Round. Certainly, it was by chance that the three met but that was a wrap-up celebration, more than 50 years after the movie was shot!
