it's not just about the big "wow" moments like the ending of happier than ever, I'd argue Hit me hard and soft is her best album so far, every single track hits and is creative in some way. No song on the album sounds alike, the lyrics are really deep, the whole thing flows incredibly well for a 45 minutes listen.
