Thomas Montagu, 4th Earl of Salisbury, KG (13 June 1388 – 3 November 1428) of Bisham in Berkshire, was an English nobleman and one of the most important English commanders during the Hundred Years' War.

He was the eldest son of John Montacute, 3rd Earl of Salisbury, who was killed while plotting against the King in 1400, and his lands forfeited.

Salisbury, Thomas Montagu, 4th earl of (1388–1428). Like John Holand ( Exeter ), Salisbury was restored by Henry V to estates forfeited by his father. He amply earned this favour by outstanding service in the French war from 1415 onward. He held Normandy after Clarence's defeat and death in 1421.
