Admissions. Hill House is a school with a long history, and an exciting future. As a vibrant school for children from age 3 to 18, we are blessed with both state of the art facilities and a wonderful historic building.
Hill House is a special community built on outstanding relationships. Teachers know the pupils very well, so that every child is known as an individual, for their strengths and for how they need to improve. The House system is central to the life of the Senior School.
Hill House School provides high-quality independent education in a supportive, congenial and family-based community. The school community forms a huge part of our identity and there are many opportunities throughout the year for different age-groups to come together and share experiences.
Our purpose built Sixth Form Centre provides the ideal environment for the crucial two years of Sixth Form with facilities designed to bridge the gap between school and university. Seminar style classrooms allow for whole class and tutorial style teaching in a mature setting.
Since 1912, we have provided high quality independent education to families in Doncaster and beyond. Class sizes are small, enabling teachers to work closely with individual pupils, bringing out the best in every child.
