John Michael Tedder, 2nd Baron Tedder, FRSE FRSC (4 July 1926 – 18 February 1994), was the Purdie Professor of Chemistry at St. Andrews University, Scotland.
Baron Tedder, of Glenguin in the County of Stirling, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created in 1946 for Marshal of the Royal Air Force , Sir Arthur Tedder . His second son, the second Baron, was Purdie Professor of Chemistry at the University of St Andrews .

He died at his home in Surrey on 3rd June 1967 and his ashes lie in St Clement Danes church in the Strand (the RAF church in London).
