Jeffrey Stuart Sutton (born October 31, 1960) is an American lawyer and jurist serving as the Chief United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit . Early life and career. Sutton received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Williams College in 1983. [1] .
