Thanks both @chrisjp - ive tried firefox ( I never use this browser) cleared all caches and history (from all time) and it logged in through authentation. then once loaded got a red 'you are not logged into email' box so clicked onto the log in button and its back to stage 1, log in, refreshed back to the log on screen.
22 de mar. de 2024 · When I try to log-in to mail, I get "Too many requests". Going in via main site I get a code 'bmx-2008' Why BT has to change things when it was all working OK, I do wonder !!
27 de mar. de 2024 · Re: Webmail login As @gg30340 mentions in their post about using the app, I've always just used BT Email app on mobile devices, no hassles and works fine with multiple email addresses, easily switch between each one without having to log in and out all the time.

20 de mar. de 2024 · This is a known problem and the BT email team are apparently working on a fix. i have also noticed it also deletes emails not selected for deletion and i find them in the trash Go into the setting found by clicking on your username at the top right ahand side then click on "Mail" in the left hand column and untick the box beside "View next mail ...
I just got back in to my email, via bt.com. (at 15:09) Let's hope it remains available whilst I sort the 47 emails that have built up.
