This medicine may cause heart rhythm changes, including QT prolongation. It may change the way your heart beats and cause fainting or serious side effects.
The most frequently reported side effects were fatigue, nausea, vomiting, dysguesia, dehydration, and loss of appetite (Gloucester Pharmaceuticals, 2009). Antiemetics are recommended prior to romidepsin administration and should begin from the start of therapy.
