22 de fev. de 2019 · On the steam launcher it says "running," then flashes "syncing" and then nothing happens. I have tried to install the redistributables, but I'm unable to install DirectX there. It fails every time, even if I use compatibility mode. On the other hand, I'm pretty sure my DirectX is working fine because I use it for TW: Warhammer and other games.
18 de dez. de 2023 · In the Steam Client (beta), you can access your Workshop Collections on your game's Properties > Workshop page under Advanced Options. From here you can quickly save your subscriptions list to a collection, or update your subscriptions list from a collection. The load order for your items will match the order of subscriptions within the collection.
21 de dez. de 2020 · I completely deleted Discord and reinstalled it. Still had the same crashing issues after the reinstall when either of the games were open with Discord open. Did some fiddling around, and turned on and back off the Discord overlay for those games. After that, they launched with no crashing. BF2 had a weird bug where it would black screen after ...
The thing is, sometimes games give you "system requirements" and they're either totally wrong or off by a large margin. Most of the time it's marketing coming up with these stats as they want as many people to buy the game as possible and not cause potential customers to avoid a purchase.
12 de set. de 2021 · Would love to know if there are ways to play more games with controller under "Disable Steam Input".-----My controller can be detected in Steam and works fine in Big Picture mode but couldn't be detected in some games marked with support of controller. It works in some other games though. My setup: Controller: Xbox Elite Wireless Controller 2

14 de nov. de 2019 · Many games on Steam have Steam Cloud saving, if the game you're transferring has this then there should be no need to transfer the save/config file manually if the same Steam account will be playing the game. You can see if a game has Steam Cloud by going to the store page of the game and looking for the Steam Cloud feature on the right-side.
Every time I launch the client the same four games claim to have done a download when they haven't downloaded anything at all. I can delete the four games from the list of downloaded titles. But next time I launch Steam, the same four games show up again as finished download without downloading anything. :) Ooooh. Huh. Yeah, I don't know what ...
