21 de out. de 2020 · Sentinel Hub services are designed on a “per-pixel” approach, so you cannot extend the cloud mask directly in EO Browser. If you have a workflow (for example in Python) that retrieves images using Sentinel Hub services, you could fetch the CLM (see here) band as a raster and buffer it using geospatial libraries.

OK, so assuming you already have bands in the form of .tif files, I suggest you load the band data as numpy arrays (with rasterio ) and put them in a shape which is the same as the shape of the bands variable used in the notebook you linked.
12 de out. de 2023 · Hi @karol.przezdziecki , To download Sentinel-5P native netCDF file, I would recommend going through the instruction on Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem, which is the newly established platform to replace Copernicus Open Access Hub (Scihub). Sentinel Hub is also available on the platform if you’re interested in streamlined data access.

I assume I have to normalize (Dividing band values by 10000) the values again to calculate NDVI. since the output is just DN in interger16 format. Just wanted to confirm this.
