What this means is that the experiment doesn't run in a window, but rather covers the entire screen so that it hides the task bar, etc. But this doesn't mean that your stimuli will also cover the entire screen. You mention that you have followed the instructions from the linked article, so I suspect that's not it in your case, but do double check! If you are sure that the application is not blocked, but really crashes ...

Hi Kirill, Yes, OpenSesame uses the following logic to find a file: First, look in the file pool. ... if it's not there, look in the folder of the experiment file (if any) .. else, assume that a full path has been specified. So you should be able to use files that are in the folder were you're experiment is saved.
15 de set. de 2011 · Hi Florian, This is actually not that different from the normal (or slightly more common) situation where you have two possible responses. Insert a keyboard_response item. Set the timeout to 1500 and the allowed_responses to "space". Set the correct_response variable to "space" or "timeout" depending on the trial, analogous to the tutorial [link].

19 de dez. de 2017 · 1. The script suggested in 'Implementing a slider' allows the experiment to run but it does not show a slider. Only a mouse arrow that can move freely over the screen. Is this depending on the version of OpenSesame (3.91) or the way I adjust it (or haven't adjusted it yet, sorry I'm really a beginner with this). 2.
