6 de set. de 2024 · Updates Taking a Very Long Time to Complete. Teksonik. Sep 6, 2024. In the last couple of days updates to Total Security 2024 are taking a long time. It's been stuck on 0% for several minutes now. Update took about 15 minutes to finish yesterday. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection and prior to two days ago updates were fast.
When I click on the red bitdefender icon, or right click on the icon and select Open, this pops up: "Communication with bitdefender Security Service failed to be initiated. To retry connection, please click the button below." I can not find a phone number or email address for bitdefender and have found no way to open a chat. Please help!

My organization uses Bitdefender Enpoint Security Tools and I have it installed, i've been trying to set up eramba but i think Bitdefender is blocking port 443. I can't find a way to disable Bitdefender since I don't get the options. Does someone knows how to? This is what I can see, just logs but cant configure anything.
