He played the dual roles of Jethro and Van West in the series Outrageous Fortune (2005–10), Lucas Hood in the Cinemax series Banshee (2013–16), and gained wider attention for playing the villain Homelander in the Amazon Prime Video series The Boys and its spin-offs (2019–present).
