Rom Files cannot be infected with viruses. Each site is unique, but over time there are tricks to figure out how to get the rom files. I recommend installing Universal Bypass, it works very well. Alot of times the Giant download button is an ad that will try to get you to download an exe file. Watch out for that.
4 de out. de 2022 · Dose CoolRom is safe? Question. I have been using CoolRom since 2015 to download psp roms. For some time I have taken a look at Vimms and it seems to me much more recommendable than the previous one. Lately (disabling my ad-blocker) it makes me download executable .exe files to download the roms (which I will never open).
28 de nov. de 2020 · Yes, they are safe. Also use vimm's lair, works for me. romsmania.cc is unsafe, idk why but they started giving me .exe files instead of roms, i used it before tho. Warning: The site (s) you have listed are known for having sketchy behaviour, or distributing adware with their download buttons.

19 de jan. de 2015 · Yeah, CoolROM is safe. I usually just wait for the timer. Coolrom is good, but most of their stuff has been shut down I think. I've gone to get some roms and all the pages for roms say 'removed for copyright.'. Depends on what sort of games you're looking to get.
1 de nov. de 2020 · The maximum an .iso executed in an emulator can do is corrupt the .iso save file, or crash the emulator. Now, if you download an .exe file, it will install or do something in your computer, you might get the .iso, but the .exe could install something else.
2 de dez. de 2014 · MembersOnline. •. rusticks. All ROMs for Nintendo consoles have been removed from Coolrom due to copyright. I personally don't get ROMs from Coolrom, but I still think this is important for discussion. Coolrom had a massive library of Nintendo games up until today, when every single one was removed.
9 de fev. de 2020 · I used to get my ROMs from there and I hear people saying that you shouldn't go there. It'd be a shame if it was broken as I loved that site.
