Austra Skujytė (born 12 August 1979 in Biržai) is a retired Lithuanian athlete, competing in both the heptathlon and the decathlon. On 15 April 2005 in Columbia, Missouri, she broke the women's decathlon world record, with a score of 8358.

Austra Skujytė was a Lithuanian multi-event athlete who competed at four Olympic Games, winning silver in the heptathlon in 2004 and bronze in 2012. She attended college in the United States at Kansas State University, where she was a two-time NCAA Champion in the heptathlon.
In 2005, while competing independently, Skujytė set a world record for the women’s decathlon with 8,366 points. Skujytė competed for Lithuania again during the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games becoming the first woman to compete in the heptathlon in four consecutive Olympic Games.
