A cantora nova-iorquina de família italiana Laura Pergolizzi, ou LP, é veterana nos bastidores indústria musical e ao mesmo tempo uma rebelde neste mercado. A artista que se identifica com o gênero não-binário (nem homem e nem mulher) estreia no Brasil no festival Lollapalooza, na sexta-feira (25).

I’ve been a fan of LP’s unmistakable voice for almost a decade & hearing it come through my microphone into my headphones on a track this bold was absolutely fucking sublime.

Laura Pergolizzi nasceu em Long Island, Nova York, nos Estados Unidos, em 1981, e é mais conhecida pelo nome LP no mundo da música. Já lançou três álbuns de estúdio e um EP. Em 2001, divulgou o disco ‘’Herat Shaped-Scar’’. O segundo álbum de LP, Suburban Sprawl & Alcohol, chegou ao mercado em 2004.
