Sledge Queen will heal half of her maximum HP back and gain a speed boost if she does an Execution, by killing Agents and NPCs with her normal attacks, similarly with a Sickler. It is recommended NOT to trigger Sledge Queen, as she can destroy you almost instantly.
The Sledge Queen is a highly dangerous target of the Agency, but she does not need to necessarily be wiped out. However, wiping her out will return you with several satisfying rewards that will greatly help you with your time on Eden-227, as well as a rank-up in the Agency.

In Decaying Winter regular mode there are a total of 3 bosses (4 including the Sickler) you can encounter those being: Yosef; Sledge Queen; the Sickler; and a rare boss, I don't know the official name of it so I call it, Bucketman.

Aila appears in Decaying Winter as a "raid boss" under the name of Sledge Queen in the castle. She is the leader of a band of former Raiders (confirmed on the trello). If she dies, they will leave next night, allowing the agents to collect the powerful loot inside.
