O cinturão da ferrugem (Rust Belt, em inglês), conhecido até os anos 1970 como cinturão da manufatura (Manufacturing Belt em inglês), é uma região dos Estados Unidos que abrange estados do nordeste, dos Grandes Lagos e do meio-oeste.
