Oggy's surprise visit to Venice cheered Olivia up, but she didn't know that Oggy was about to propose to her. Jack asked what's the reason that he wanted to take him to Venice. Oggy showed the ring to him, and he knew he was going to marry her, so he could be happy. Meanwhile, the cockroaches wanted to take the ring, so Joey could make Lady K his friend forever. When Oggy was about to propose to Olivia for the first time, it didn't work. She was off to somewhere else. When the cockroaches stole the diamond marriage ring that Oggy was about to give to Olivia, and the chase started again. He got the ring safely. When they were in a coffee shop, Oggy wasn't expecting an unknown painter talking to Olivia.
It was nighttime in Venice, and the three were on a pizza shop. Oggy put the ring in Olivia's glass and he wanted Jack to go away. But just because of the painter, everything was ruined. When Oggy wanted to spy at the mysterious man, he cried hysterically, because he thought Olivia had a boyfriend. He wrote the number of the boat on Jack's head.
When they held the painter captive, Olivia was here. Oggy asked Olivia where she had been. She told everything, even about the painter. Now there was a free ride for Oggy and Olivia, but the boatman was like the cockroaches. When Olivia said that she would marry Oggy, the cockroaches unfortunately stole the ring again, and Oggy and Jack were then on a mass mayhem chase to save the ring from the cockroaches.
In the end, Oggy had finally married Olivia, while the cockroaches are put on a cake as their punishment, and then Oggy got a Jean-Yves Frame. Olivia hugs Oggy, and the painter is really proud of them.
•This is the final episode of Season 4 (Oggy and the Cockroaches).
•This is Monica's first and only appearance in Season 4.
•Oggy's parents make their second appearances. They first appeared physically in Lightning Visit.
•After the episode, Oggy and Olivia's lives after marriage isn't shown in any season or episode, so this episode would be the series' chronological finale. Although, they do appear as a couple in certain episodes beyond that.
