4 de jan. de 2024 · A.) To obtain a drill you will need a new book located here: 40.2 N, 162.26 E. After that do the research for doctor of engineering. Now you can make a drill at the Electronic Equipment Workbench. In order to unlock the workbench you need to enable it in the difficulty settings or kill David at the 3rd dungeon in the radar site.
27 de set. de 2023 · The Power Drill is for repairing/breaking down stuff you normally would use wrench for but does it faster. As the wrench replaces the repair hammer, you can use the power drill to replace the wrench now. Power drill also doesn't need fuel or anything.
You need to build the Electronic Equipment Bench. You unlock it eventually playing through the story. I think it's after beating the second dungeon. I just change the settings before starting the game to Unlock all building. 1. Reply. I researched the drill, but can't find where to build it. It says electronic equipment workbench.
