D’Agostino Hall is located across from the Law School, and Hayden Hall is a short three-block walk to class.
Both high-rise buildings have 24-hour front desk staff and services (announcement of guests, help with lockouts, etc.), and maintenance staff.
In the high-rise buildings, rooms feature high-speed wireless internet, cable television, and telephone systems with voicemail and call waiting.
Rates include all utilities (heat, air conditioning, electricity, water, and gas). All apartments are furnished.

Once a new first-year undergraduate student has accepted admission to NYU, they will be able to access the housing application on the NYU Home Housing Forms card. Students must complete their 2024-2025 housing applications and submit the $1,000 housing reservation payment by May 1, 2024.
How to apply. Fill out an NYUHome Account/NYU ID Number Request Form . Requests take approximately two to three business days to process. If you do not receive your NYU ID within three business days, please email lawhousingadmin@mercury.law.nyu.edu for assistance.
