  4. 16 de mai. de 2017 · The base respawn time is 3 game days. With just a few exceptions however, containers in this game and interior areas never respawn. So you're pretty much wasting your time relying on a respawn in order to earn some caps. Just keep playing and you'll be rolling in them.

Not sure about mods that create one specific enemy that hunts you, but IIRC, Project Nevada had controls to allow you to tweak spawns of various NPCs and creatures, and also integrate those added by DLC (Burned Men from Lonesome Road, lobotomites and roboscorpions from OWB, ghosts from Dead Money, Enclave troopers, etc) into the main ...
