BASIL, originally known as MISSING GRANDSON, is a quest in OMORI. It is available after BASIL goes missing when visiting his house at the start of the game. This quest serves as the main quest and the overall driving force that gets the party to explore all corners of HEADSPACE .

BASIL'S RAFT PATH takes on the appearance of a looping monochrome forest. There is also a grey tree stump where the missing BASIL is hiding. The most notable aspect of this area is the raft OMORI and BASIL can ride on for an unlimited amount of times.
