26 de fev. de 2015 · Amphora sp. was first cultivated on f/2 Provasoli medium, incubated at 30 °C and a continuous illumination of 80 µmol photon m −2 s −1 and under agitation of 21 rad s −1. Growth of Amphora sp. was monitored over a 15-day period in batch culture (Fig. 4).
After being morphologically and molecularly analyzed, the diatom was then named as Amphora sp. The nutritional value of Amphora sp. ST02 is fairly good with protein of 13.66%, and 14.2% carbohydrate.
