  7. Highly recommend a visit to Wentworth Woodhouse. We went on the house tour which lasted just over an hour but we could stay and look at the house and gardens for as long as we wanted. Highlights for me included the Marble Salon, the Pillared Hall and the Whistlejacket Room but the icing on the cake were the staff and volunteers.
