The House of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, better known as the House of Glücksburg, is a collateral branch of the German House of Oldenburg. Its members have reigned at various times in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Greece, and several northern German states.

Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, kurz Haus Glücksburg, ist der Name einer 1825 gegründeten Linie, die dem Haus Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg entstammt, einer Nebenlinie des Gesamthauses Oldenburg (siehe dazu die Stammliste des Hauses Oldenburg, Abschnitt Linie Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg).
The seat of the duke was Sønderborg. Parts of the domain were located in Denmark (in the Duchy of Schleswig ), mainly on the islands of Als and Ærø and around Glücksburg, whilst other lands were part of the Holy Roman Empire (in the Duchy of Holstein ), including the Ämter of Plön, Ahrensbök, and Reinfeld.
The town was originally the home of the family Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg (or simply Glücksburg ), members of which have reigned in the past in Greece and several northern German states. Members of the family still reign in Denmark and Norway since 1863 and 1905 respectively. Glücksburg was home to a German Navy base.
