RUXIM is a program that collects data to help keep Windows up to date and performing properly. It was added to Windows 10 Pro 19043.1110 (build 21H1) on June 18, 2021 and cannot be uninstalled via add/remove programs.
RUXIM is actual malware, and it's Microsoft's malware. It is the application which allows M$ to give you that nag screen about EoS for Win 10 - which is of course another lie. Win 10 will work until at least 2028. You can absolutely delete this, and you should. I did.
