She was buried alongside her younger son, Lord Ivor Spencer-Churchill, in the churchyard at St Martin's Church, Bladon, Oxfordshire, England, near her former home, Blenheim Palace. Her estate was estimated to be not in excess of $2,000,000, with the majority of her income being derived from Trusts which would devolve upon her sons after her death.
