9 de nov. de 2022 · I got it working again - the solution was to install the earlier version of the Realtek audio driver, Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Driver_D4XNW_WIN_6.0.9376.1_A04 from Dell. Running the installer removes the current version, you then restart and it installs the 6.0.9376.1_A04 version.
So I would try installing the previous version of the audio drivers for your particular model. Plug in a 3.5mm cable and the MaxxAudio Waves popup should appear. If not, restart and try again.
7 de nov. de 2022 · Give it a few minutes, Windows will repair by installing proper driver. If your Device Manager still doesn't show new Realtek driver installed, you can manually download this driver and install it. No need to install Waves, it will automatically install after Realtek.
30 de jan. de 2023 · Hi, I have a dell inspiron 14 5420.I experienced a problem with the waves app. When I opened the app it shows that 'the waves audio driver is not supported by your current audio codec'. My current audio driver is the cirrus logic high-definition audio driver version 10.0.7.39.

7 de fev. de 2024 · Try uninstalling all the audio drivers in Device Manager and then restarting. Drivers can occasional get corrupted and reinstalling can help. Updating all the audio codec with a program like this might help.
