The 1975 are an English pop rock band formed in Wilmslow, Cheshire in 2002. The band consists of Matty Healy (lead vocals, guitar, primary songwriter), Adam Hann (lead guitar), Ross MacDonald (bass), and George Daniel (drums, primary producer).
Ross MacDonald is a member of the English indie rock group The 1975 who released four EPs before finally releasing a full length debut album in September of 2013. He met fellow band members Matthew Healy, Adam Hann, and George Daniel in high school.
