27 de mai. de 2024 · Outrage (Japanese: げきりん Imperial Wrath) is a damage-dealing Dragon-type move introduced in Generation II. It was TM39 in Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!, TR24 in Generation VIII, and is TM156 in Generation IX.

Outrage is a sound-type physical attack that makes the user rampage and attack for two to three turns, then become confused. It is a level-up move for some Pokémon and a TM or egg move for others.
The user spends two or three turns locked into this move and becomes confused immediately after its move on the last turn of the effect if it is not already. This move targets an opposing Pokemon at random on each turn.

Outrage does damage to the target for 2 to 3 consecutive turns. Until the turns are finished, the user will not be able to use another move. After the turns are up, the user becomes confused. In a Double Battle, Outrage targets a random foe. In a Triple Battle, Outrage can target any adjacent foe.
