As soon as you get a Harvest, change Dragon Harvest to Dragon Flight and prepare for some quick clicking and mouse work. The next Golden cookie should appear when the Harvest is about 60-85% done. If you're lucky, you'll get a Flight that overlaps the Harvest.

tl;dr -- You either get Dragon Harvest with Click Frenzy (x11,655) or Dragonflight with Building Special (~x7,777). It seems to me that Dragon Harvest is a better strategy than using Dragonflight since you can't pair Dragonflight with a Click Frenzy.
