  5. 3 de jul. de 2022 · Skujytė won global medals over five events in the pentathlon indoors, at seven events in the heptathlon outdoors, she competed at the highest level in the heavy throws and – as the one of the great, iconic decathletes of Europe – she is the world record holder in the decathlon.

  6. In 2005, while competing independently, Skujytė set a world record for the women’s decathlon with 8,366 points. Skujytė competed for Lithuania again during the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games becoming the first woman to compete in the heptathlon in four consecutive Olympic Games.
