  5. Chronic adhesive arachnoiditis (CAA) is rare and has potentially devas-tating clinical consequences. The objective of this article is to review the clinical features of CAA and describe its appearance on imaging, to increase radiologists’ awareness of this chal-lenging diagnosis.
