Zerbst (German pronunciation: [ˈt͡sɛʁpst]) is a town in the district of Anhalt-Bitterfeld, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Until an administrative reform in 2007, Zerbst was the capital of the former Anhalt-Zerbst district.
Zerbst/Anhalt ist eine Stadt im Landkreis Anhalt-Bitterfeld im Land Sachsen-Anhalt. Mit 468,4 km² ist Zerbst die nach ihrer Fläche fünftgrößte Gemeinde in Deutschland.
Anhalt-Zerbst foi um principado localizado na Alemanha. Foi criado pela primeira vez em 1252, com a divisão do principado de Anhalt. A capital estava localizada em Zerbst. Anhalt-Zerbst foi extinto em 1396 quando foi dividido para criar os principados de Anhalt-Dessau e Anhalt-Köthen.

It emerged as a subdivision of the Principality of Anhalt from 1252 until 1396, when it was divided into the principalities of Anhalt-Dessau and Anhalt-Köthen.
