Stefan Richard Underhill (born June 9, 1956) is a senior United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Judge Underhill was appointed United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut on July 7, 1999 and was sworn in on September 1, 1999. He has served as Chief Judge of the District since September 1, 2018.

Born in Battle Creek, Michigan, Underhill graduated from University of Virginia with a bachelor's degree in 1978, from the University of Oxford with a second bachelor's degree in 1981, and from Yale Law School with his J.D.in 1984.
