External links. MNRK Music Group (pronounced "monarch", formerly known as Koch Records and eOne Music) is a New York-based independent record label and music management company. It was formed in 2009 from the music assets of Koch Entertainment, which had been acquired by the present-day Entertainment One (eOne) in 2004.
The MNRK name (pronounced Monarch like the butterfly) celebrates the company’s legacy as it transitions into a global leader in independent music following Hasbro’s sale of its eOne music division in June 2021. MNRK Music Group will now operate as a standalone consolidated music company focused on recordings, publishing, and artist management.
