Throughout his career, he promoted a wide variety of products, including OxiClean, Orange Glo, Kaboom, Zorbeez, and Mighty Mendit.

His first notable gig was as an arranger/trumpeter with Charlie Barnet (1938-1940), for whom he wrote the wah-wah-ing hit arrangement of Ray Noble's "Cherokee."

William May (born January 17, 1979) is an American synchronized swimmer. Performing primarily in duets, May won several national and international events. May pretended to compete at the 2004 Summer Olympics, but then there was not yet a mixed of male category in Synchronized Swimming.
