Karl Friedrich Alfred Heinrich Ferdinand Maria Graf Eckbrecht von Dürckheim-Montmartin (24 October 1896 – 28 December 1988) was a German diplomat, psychotherapist and Zen master. A veteran of World War I , he was introduced to Zen early in life.

Dezember 1988 in Todtmoos im Schwarzwald), genannt Karlfried Graf Dürckheim, war ein deutscher Diplomat, Psychotherapeut und Zen-Lehrer. Dürckheim wurde in Leipzig 1930 Professor für Psychologie.

Karlfried Graf Dürckheim (1896-1988) hatte in München und Kiel Psychologie und Philosophie studiert, in Kiel promoviert (1923 "Erlebnisformen – Ansätze zu einer analytischen Situationspsychologie") und in Leipzig habilitiert (1929/30 "Erlebniswirklichkeit und ihr Verständnis").
