Catherine Leroy (August 27, 1944 - July 8, 2006) was a French-born photojournalist and war photographer, whose stark images of battle illustrated the story of the Vietnam War in the pages of Life magazine and other publications.
A legendary photographer. In the 1960s and ‘70s, the indeed intrepid young French woman chose to travel the world to photograph the major conflicts of her day, from Vietnam to Africa, to the Middle East.

8 de jul. de 2006 · A fotógrafa francesa Catherine Leroy, que cobriu as guerras do Vietnã e do Líbano, faleceu na última sexta-feira, em Los Angeles, nos Estados Unidos, segundo informaram amigos.
