Stephen Richard Lyster Clark (born 30 October 1945) is an English philosopher and professor emeritus of philosophy at the University of Liverpool. Clark specialises in the philosophy of religion and animal rights, writing from a philosophical position that might broadly be described as Christian Platonist.

Stephen R. L. Clark. Retired from paid employment, and moved down from Merseyside to Bristol. I'm still working on Plotinus, and my monograph on that philosopher came out from Chicago in 2016.
