  2. The Adventures of Portland Bill is a British stop motion animated children's television series made in 1983. It is set in a fictional lighthouse on the Guillemot Rock, just off the coast from the fictional village of McGuillycuddy.

  3. Storyline. Portland Bill is the lighthouse keeper at Guillemot Rock, alongside his two assistants Ross and Cromarty (and his small pet dog Dogger). Guillemot Rock lies offshore of the small village of McGuillycuddy. The village is so small it only has one shop and the shopkeeper takes on multiple jobs.
