Dan Povenmire is an American cartoonist who co-created Phineas & Ferb and Milo Murphy's Law. He also voiced Dr. Doofenshmirtz, the main villain of Phineas & Ferb, and worked on other shows like Family Guy and SpongeBob SquarePants.
