Ragnar Anton Kittil Frisch (Oslo, 3 de março de 1895 — Oslo, 31 de janeiro de 1973) foi um economista norueguês. Foi co-laureado, juntamente com Jan Tinbergen, com o Prémio de Ciências Económicas em Memória de Alfred Nobel em 1969, o primeiro Prémio Nobel em tal categoria.

Ragnar Anton Kittil Frisch. Ragnar Frisch was born in Kristiania (Oslo), Norway on 3 March 1895. He was appointed Professor at the University of Oslo in 1931 and founded in 1932 the Department of Economics at the University of Oslo, which he directed until retirement in 1965.
