Józef Rotblat (ou Józef Rotblat) ( Łódź, 4 de Novembro de 1908 — Londres, 31 de Agosto de 2005) foi um físico britânico de família judaica de origem polaca . Biografia. Józef Rotblat entrou para a Universidade de Liverpool, Inglaterra, como professor adjunto em 1939.

Joseph Rotblat, Polish-born British physicist who became a leading critic of nuclear weaponry. He was a founding member (1957), secretary-general (1957–73), and president (1988–97) of the Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs. Rotblat and the organization were jointly awarded the Nobel Prize for Peace.
