Soraya Esfandiary-Bakhtiari (em persa: ثریا اسفندیاری بختیاری) (Isfahan, 22 de junho de 1932 - Paris, 26 de junho de 2001), foi a segunda esposa e rainha consorte de Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, Xá da Pérsia.
Soraya Esfandiary-Bakhtiary (Persian: ثریا اسفندیاری بختیاری, romanized: Sorayâ Esfandiâri-Baxtiâri; 22 June 1932 – 25 October 2001) was Queen of Iran as the second wife of Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, whom she married in 1951.

Just seven years later, in 1958, the couple divorced and Soraya would inherit the epithet ‘the princess with the sad eyes’.

Soraya and Bijan Esfandiari Bakhtiari were the children of Khalil Khan Esfandiari-Bakhtiari, and Eva Karl of Germany. Soraya was born in Isfahan on June 22nd, 1932 and Bijan was born 5 years later on 15th of October 1937 also in Isfahan.
