Scipione Caffarelli-Borghese (Artena, 1 de setembro de 1577 — Roma, 2 de outubro de 1633) foi cardeal católico, arcebispo de Bolonha (1610–1612). Era sobrinho de Camillo Borghese, eleito papa como Paulo V, em 1605.
