Vojislav Koštunica (Serbian Cyrillic: Војислав Коштуница, pronounced [ʋǒjislaʋ koʃtǔnit͡sa] ⓘ; born 24 March 1944) is a Serbian former politician who served as the last president of FR Yugoslavia from 2000 to 2003 and as the prime minister of Serbia from 2004 to 2008.

Vojislav Koštunica is a Serbian academic and politician who served as the last president (2000–03) of Yugoslavia, which at the end of his term became the state union of Serbia and Montenegro. He later served as prime minister (2004–08) of Serbia during its transformation from a constituent member.
